More Halloween food! Every day that we get closer to the 31st on this month, I’m seeing more and more of these guys pop up on the internet. I have no idea who originally came up with the idea, but I think they are absolutely adorable…and so easy!
Of course, my husband, who doesn’t eat hotdogs anyway and who has recently gone vegetarian
didn’t eat them, but I thought they were quite tasty! Cute food is always tastier.
I decided to go for a little Halloween scene by adding a honey mustard moon, shredded lettuce grass, and a sour cream headstone to accompany my mummy dogs, but the possibilities are endless!
There really isn’t much of a recipe for these, but I included it anyway!
Fun Halloween Food – Mummy Dogs
- 1 package hotdogs
- 1 roll refrigerated breadsticks
- Unroll your breadsticks and roll each one into a long rope.
- Wrap one breadstick around one hotdog and continue until you run out of hotdogs. If you have extra breadsticks, roll them into fun shapes or just normal breadsticks.
- Bake according to the breadsticks' directions.
