Our sweet niece isn't the only one who has changed this past year!

Daniel was still in the middle of his pharmacy school prerequisites last year. This year, he is about to enter his LAST semester of prerequisites. His pharmacy school application has been submitted and he has been offered an interview on January 20th. This is the reason we moved to Arizona, so this is a big, BIG deal for us!

I went from interpreting in a high school for the last two years to interpreting at an elementary school, which has added so much more joy to my work life!

We found an incredible new church home and we are oh-so-happy here with our new Arizona family, whom we absolutely adore.

Last year, Daniel and I coached multiple youth soccer teams and this year we transitioned into Daniel reffing and both of us joining the AYSO board as regional referee administrators.

Daniel became an anatomy and physiology tutor and I joined a handbell choir.

Other than that, our life has been pretty steady!  I bake a lot.  Daniel studies a lot.  We love spending time together and try to do so as often as possible.

I have quite a few goals for 2012, but that's another post!

And now that we're back home in Arizona, the recipes will start flowing again!
